What is TALK?
TALK (Team, Align, Learn, Kind) is a flexible trainer-led team learning programme that builds cohesion through regular, customised sessions. These sessions address real work challenges and teach new skills and knowledge. Available in-person or online.

How does it work?
Often the most effective staff development is the simplest. Bringing a team together with an expert facilitator, backed by high quality, customisable training materials, brings out the best in everyone.
Is smaller regular training better than bigger one-off training?
Absolutely. Focus wanes after about an hour online or 2-3 hours in person. Regular recall aids retention, turning knowledge into behaviour. We’re rooted in science – but it isn’t rocket science.
What do the learners get from it?
A space to share challenges and successes, learn necessary skills and knowledge, and develop as a team. This improves engagement, cohesion, retention, culture, and performance.
How long are the sessions?
Flexible, but typically an hour online and 2-3 hours in-person.
How many sessions?
We can set a fixed number or work on an ongoing basis. We can also train you or your colleagues to deliver sessions for even greater impact. Our flexible, PAYG approach keeps you in control and us on our toes.
